According to the world health organization in the year 2013,most of the deaths will be caused by cancer.
This serious disease can be prevented by taking simple precautions.
SAY NO TO CANCER
1.QUIT SMOKING:The basic cuase for cancer is smoking.By quiting smoke you can easily add a decade in your life.
2.GO TO THE DOCTOR:Go to the doctor every year for your check up.
3.LOOSE WEIGHT:take a healthy diet and loose your extra weight,because it can cause many chances that you may get kidney cancer.
4.DO EXERCISE:Walk or run  daily for about 30 minutes so you can keep urself active.
5.EAT GREENS:Eat as much as vegetables as you can because it increases extra amount of anti-oxidants.
